A practical, in-depth 2-day training course for church leaders to learn how to deliver:

Root & Rise (6 Weeks)

Root & Rise is an evidence-based, trauma-informed course designed to help parents and carers recognise and break cycles of generational trauma.​ It has been built with and for communities experiencing the highest levels of deprivation, ensuring it is genuinely accessible, dignified and effective.

  • Exploring forgiveness for the first time

  • Carrying long-held pain, resentment or shame
